Hannah Dorph
Program/Artistic Director
Hannah is a former actor and current PhD student in Theatre and Performance at UMD. She got her BA and MS from NYU in Educational Theatre. Her work revolves around creating and maintaining rehearsal rooms and educational environments that center students experiences through collaboration.

Cathy Block
Music Director
Cathy Block has been a music educator for over 20 years. Currently, she is Solebury School's music director for Jazz Ensemble, Rock Ensemble, and teaches several music electives. An accomplished flutist, she teaches flute, guitar, ukulele, banjo and composition, and performs regularly at schools and libraries, including workshops on song writing, and flute master classes. Cathy is also an accomplished songwriter. Diana Ross, Kool & The Gang, Al Jarreau, New Edition and The Manhattans are some of the artists that have recorded her songs. Her song "Never Explain Love" was featured as the closing credit song in the Spike Lee motion picture Do The Right Thing. Her album of original music for children, Timeless, earned the prestigious Editor’s Choice Award for Children’s Best Audio by The American Library Association’s Book List.
Matthew Johnson
Music Director
Matthew Johnson is a collegiate educator, vocalist, saxophonist, and conductor. He is a member of the music and theatre faculty, the Chair of the Performing Arts Department, and the Coordinator of Music at Rowan College Burlington County, where he teaches music theory, music appreciation, applied voice, voice and diction, and music and the child. Prior to his position at RCBC, he served as the Performing Arts Coordinator at Mercer County Community College in West Windsor, NJ, where he helped oversee programming, curriculum, and advising for music, theatre, dance, and entertainment technology. Before transitioning to higher education, he taught primary and secondary education for six years, during which he covered all levels of choral, band, general music, and theatre across private, public, and specialized settings, including acute psychiatric and behavioral facilities, serving as a teacher, department head, instructional coach, and curriculum developer.
